World Refugee Day 2009, Boise

The Idaho Office for Refugees, in partnership with the International Rescue Committee, World Relief, Agency for New Americans, and the English Language Center, is hosting a day of activities to celebrate our local refugee community and raise awareness of international struggle for safety and freedom.

Arts and performance activities are used to deliver these positive educational messages to help counter fear and ignorance. This event will take place on Saturday June 20 from 10am-3pm at the Boise Center on the Grove.
