CATCH! is a local refugee ministry that builds into refugees' lives in so many wonderful ways; reading programs, after school programs, gang prevention, advocacy and just loving people that are not even on most people's radar.
The economic crunch that is hitting everyone is coming down very hard on CATCH! lately. If you like what they do there is contact and support information here. But you can also help them simply by shopping at Albertson's and using your Preferred Card.
Simply go to Alberson's Community Partner website:

Then register your Preferred Card here. Once you've registered use the "Find a Partner" feature. You can either search by name or enter their partner number directly: 49001021119
Then when you use your card 4% of what you spend is given to CATCH! There are many other local organizations that you can help this way as well. You have to go shopping anyway, why not take advantage of this great program!
